The Interview With Kelsey Grammer Was Going to Be Short. After the Conversation About Trump Began

Kelsey Grammer's recent BBC interview was short-lived after she started talking about Donald Trump, and it wasn't the network's decision... at least that's what one of its radio hosts says.

Justin Webb spoke to KG on BBC Radio 4's Today show on Monday and they talked about the new "Frasier" reboot coming to Paramount+ and soon after, the host featured Grammer's famous support for former President Trump.

Webb said that he knew that Grammer was once a Trumper and asked if he still was one. Years later, Grammer replied: Yes, indeed!

Grammer did not provide further details, saying that she would leave things at that, but in the subsequent Sin Encouragement: Webb resumes the conversation that obviously was before he was recorded and claims that Kelsey actually had a lot more to say on the topic, suggesting that Paramount bosses had given up on everything.

Apparently, KG was happy with the mention of Webb Trump, although it doesn't appear that Paramount's public relations people were thrilled and wanted to revisit the message.

Webb says Grammer gave some reasons for which he continues to support Trump, even before the 2024 elections, but now that he is busy with Paramount & Co. In this new program, we don't seem to understand the reason for all this.

Remember that Kelsey openly supported DT during his first term and she did't hesitate do. But now that she's back to TV modeling, things look a little different.

Kelsey Grammer Continues to Support Trump On Press Tour

Kelsey Grammer is unapologetic about her political beliefs, much to the dismay of her network. During an interview about the Frasier reboot, BBC journalist Justin Webb asked Grammer if she still supported Trump, and he replied, I am, and I'll leave it at that.

However, Webb keeps his interview with the Frasier star. he was interrupted after questioning him about her politics. In fact, I have to say, Kelsey Grammer herself was very happy to talk more about this, Webb said on the air around the 2:28:00 mark. The PR people at Paramount+ weren't very happy that she brought up the subject.

They concluded that we had enough time for our interview. But I must point out that you were very happy to explain why you support Donald Trump and will continue to support him in the next election. Vulture has reached out to Paramount+ for comment. If Grammer wants to continue talking politics, there's probably a podcast he can access.
